Drug Class And Mechanism: Fexofenadine / Allegra is an oral, "second
generation" antihistamine that is used to treat the signs and symptoms of
allergy that are due to histamine. It is similar to the other second
generation antihistamines loratadine (Claritin), cetirizine (Zyrtec) and
azelastine (Astelin). Histamine is a chemical that is responsible for many
of the signs and symptoms of allergic reactions, for example, swelling of
the lining of the nose, sneezing, and itchy eyes. Histamine is released
from histamine-storing cells (mast cells) and then attaches to other cells
that have receptors for histamine. The attachment of the histamine to the
receptors causes the cell to be "activated," releasing other chemicals
that produce the effects that we associate with allergy, e.g., sneezing.
Fexofenadine blocks one type of receptor for histamine (the H1 receptor)
and thus prevents activation of H1 receptor-containing cells by histamine.
Unlike the first generation antihistamines, Fexofenadine and other
second-generation antihistamines do not readily enter the brain from the
blood, and, therefore, they cause less drowsiness. Fexofenadine was
approved by the FDA in July, 1995.
Prescribed For: Fexofenadine is used for the treatment of seasonal
allergies and chronic urticaria (hives) in adults and children 6 years of
age or older.
Storage: Store tablets and capsules at room temperature between 15-30°C
(59-86°F).

Where can i order Allegra Without

We only recommend on the most reliable, International (ship worldwide) pharmacies (No
Need For Prescription) that got great feedback from our

In addition to allergy shots this worked better for me than Claritin,
Benadryl and Zyrtec (although Zyrtec was the only thing that came close).
I love it! I've been taking Allegra Allegra Without Prescription since I was about 16
years old and I never want to switch. Once I stopped getting the allergy
shots (which I couldn't survive without before) I was surprise how well it
worked on it's own! Emily.
This is the BEST cure for allergies, no doubt. On the highest dose, I
still sneeze some, but it's the best drug I've tried. (When not medicated,
I'm sneezing and blowing my nose constantly, itchy throat, rashes,
coughing, and my throat swells in the night.) However, the neg. side
effects outweigh the benefits and I have to stop taking it. I'm going back
to Loratidine daily and Benedryl for at night. Not nearly as good, but I
experience no serious side effects, other than sleepiness from the
Benedryl. As an aside, I'm also allergic to honey bee stings and to soy
and dairy foods. Daniel.
Have been on Allegra Without Prescription for 10 years now. Generally works very well and
even controls itchy eyes. Emma.
This allergy medicine is the only one that doesn't make me sick. I have
been taking 180MG tablets for 3 years now. David.
FANTASTIC medicine, I never knew I could breath so clearly. I'd also been
waking up with swollen lips and eyelids, having breathing problems froma
swollen throat. Now it's under control. Other
antishistamines/decongestants made me nervous and jumpy, were difficult to
sleep with, but after taking it this long i've been pretty happy. Worth
trying and better than Claritin. Ryan.
Great during the active time of the pill, stopped running nose, no more
eye scratching, no more sneeze unless cutting lawn. I only take one pill a
day at needed bases. Average 4 pills a year. This year is more severe at
around 9 pills so far . Olivia.
I have taken so many products for my allergies and Allegra Allegra Without
Prescription is
the most effective. This isn't a drug that I have to take on a daily basis
or on a strict timetable. I just take it when the pollen is high.
Christian.
